Libby loves using her many years of industry and life experience to help small business and non-profit leaders grow and manage their businesses, relying on “the numbers” and a continuous-improvement mindset. Because every small business needs strong, capable swing players, she has shaped SOS Inc to be a fearless, creative firm that will tackle any problem or project that “has a dollar sign in it”. She lives in Central Florida where she spends as much time outside as she can.

Riley was the third graduate of the Apprenticeship Program. Since completing the program, he has become a valued asset to our team, helping drive success for a wide range of nonprofit clients. Known for his adventurous spirit, unwavering dedication, and positive energy, Riley approaches every opportunity with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. When not immersed in projects, he enjoys life in Central Florida, spending quality time with family and cheering on his favorite hockey teams.

Britt has a wide range of experience in the non-profit, health care and real estate industries. She combines her accounting skills with a methodical approach and respectful and collaborative relationship-building. Her smooth moves extend beyond bookkeeping; when not crunching numbers, Britt is a world-class salsa dancer and enjoys Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Lilja was the second graduate of our Apprenticeship Program and she has leaned in full-force to assist some of our largest and most dynamic non-profit clients bring their bookkeeping to a whole new level. Fearless, relentless, yet always joyful and adventurous, Lilja will learn anything and take on any challenge. To recharge, she enjoys time with her husband, daughter, extended family, pets and garden in Central Florida.
